We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure fairness to all users, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations Initiated by the User:

If you need to cancel your booking, please be aware of the following cancellation fees:

1. Cancellations made 30 or more days before the booking date: A 10% fee will be deducted from the total rental charges for the auditorium and premises.
2. Cancellations made between 21 and 30 days before the booking date: A 20% fee will be deducted from the total rental charges for the auditorium and premises.
3. Cancellations made between 16 and 20 days before the booking date: A 30% fee will be deducted from the total rental charges for the auditorium and premises.
4. Cancellations made between 8 and 15 days before the booking date: A 40% fee will be deducted from the total rental charges for the auditorium and premises.
5. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date: A 50% fee will be deducted from the total rental charges for the auditorium and premises.

Cancellations Initiated by the Department

In the event that the department needs to cancel your booking, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Please Note: All cancellation fees are calculated based on the total rental charges for both the auditorium and premises.

We recommend reviewing your booking carefully before confirming to avoid any cancellation fees.
